Filler is probably going to be your best bet unless you don't mind the price of 1 trip to Dr. Sailer

You're probably going to need some form of brow ridge augmentation. Forehead filler is a thing but I don't know if brow ridge filler is and if so how safe it would be. There are only one or two results of a brow ridge implant. People like to throw around the suggestion of a supraorbital implant but I don't believe I've ever seen the result of one

Don't forget to grow your hair out I guess

My zygos are already my best feature just not too visible from higher bf rn, zygos don’t even change in the pic tho I think the wider mandible and more forward growth are what would give my cheek hollows like that which in turn make my zygos pop.

What did they get to improve their bug eyes? Their eye area looks way better now.

Fillers on top of zygomatic bone for sure, but I doubt that this alone would improve your eye area by this much

Sadly it seems like the guy is flexing his facial muscles a little in the after picture. He moves the under eye area up, which improves his bug eyes. You can see that he is likely flexing these muscles because he has more pronounced nasiolabial folds in the after picture, which is normal. But over time these nasiolabial folds will become permanent so it isnt really a good option.

No well not fully true it's partly possible the cheek bones might be but your fucked by your eye to eye brow distance it's lower int he post morph orbital box osteotamy would help though good luck with that.
