could I maingain during teen years?

I dont wanna be a fat loser during my teen years just to have good bones when im not even surrounded by as much people anymore, would i be able to cut down to 10% bf and maingain for the rest of my teen tears and it not effect growth? 1 year of gymcelling so far right now btw.
 
Short answer, yeah. Just get your proteins, carbs and enough with vits and minerals. do not starve yourself. Just do a shit ton of cardio
