Yeah my face does get rlly like fat and inflamed if I have any sugar. It’s weird it runs in family so I do gotta fix that

How tall are you? Based on face you probably do have a chance, just get better skincare. Try to get more denser eyebrows and longer eyelashes primarily using an oil or vaseline and also it seems you have no upper lip or it's just the angle. Get that fixed.

6,1 1/2 barefoot, that’s what I was at doc and like 6,2 ish in shoes, it’s true upper lip is thin. I might get a little filler at 18 just to even both out.

If you do get lip filler you ARE becoming a model, just gotta get better skincare and maybe get a clean shave for that mustache.

Yep I struggled with acne a lot. But it’s finally under control I have a routine I’ve been doing for the past couple weeks for redness and scaring but my dermatologist said in 3-4 months should be all clear just need to let it heal. And yeah I need to shave

Yeah in 3-4 months once you're shaven you can 100% model. Like maybe 6 months from now you should apply and I'm genuine about this. YOU CAN MODEL.

Thanks for the advice bro. I’ll continue to work on myself and get it all fixed and a 0.4 ish lip filler at 18 I was looking into it since my older sis did the same. Thanks
