Grow out hair, dye eyebrows and lashes darker, lose face fat and water retention, sleep on back to increase symmetry

Then yeah probably could get to htn

Get into the gym to debloat a bit + gaining some bonemass (worked for me) dye eyebrows and eyelashes and basically softmaxxed
