braces and invisalign are hella different , ur friend probably had bigger lips due to the inflammation from the braces , invisalign gives no inflammation that im aware and its also a lot less effective compared to braces

the problem wasn't small lips but rather bad looking ones like the upper lip being too projected from the side that it makes you look reccesed

Im gonna be honest and most people in this forum don't have enough knowledge nor insight, but I wish I never did invisalign. They expanded my dental arches so significantly but as I learned they are connected to the maxilla and mandible so even though I had broadening it didn't make up for the maxilla and mandible so it left me slightly more recessed and I look worse. Thankfully in my custom trays they are moving my arches back to how they were at the start.

ye i got the same issue. i got a downturned upper lip but its low trust and it kinda looks normal from front profile to gaf , only thing i care about is fixing my shit nose

yes it will, i had literally no undereye lip before braces, now after 2 years (no elastics no extractions) my 20mm overbite got fixed
