it is just shave ur skin from ur leg off wax ur head, then take the shaved skin and glue it onto ur head and then the new skin thats glued to ur head should grow hair but thats only if u have hairy legs, Hope this helps!

Possible in theory, you would just need a dedicated friend and the appropriate medical equipment

Rule of thumb is, if you're not put under general anesthesia during the procedure, it is technically DIYable
