Could osteoperosis medication help improve bone mass

Osteoperosis = when u get older and bone mass decreases so low ur bones break easily
Osteoperosis medication improves bone mass/density for these old people

If we took this medication would it not be possible for us to improve bone density? Only problem is getting it since it's prescription, IG we could go Walter White and synthesise it illegally

Has this been thought of + does anyone want to test it?

Osteoporosis medications work by greatly reducing bone resorption by inhibiting osteoclasts which are cells that destroy/remodel bone. It also upregulate osteoblasts/osteogenesis through PTH for example.
Overall it is similar to arthritis medications like ansaid but weaker. Ansaid contains flurbiprofen which inhibits osteoclasts and has resulted even in longitudinal bone growth in rats
