Could pinworms stunted my growth?

I had pinworms since 12 but i didnt care since i didn’t experienced any symptoms. Now i thought that they could have made me short. Can that be?

Idk, bc i never felt anything bc of them. My ass wasnt itchy and i havent any other symptoms of them, so i think i dont have much
