Putin's videos were pretaped. Same suit, same position, same demeanor, same tie, same shirt, multiple days apart.

This means he is either in hiding or dead. Could this war be an order that was to be initiated when he died? He knows this is going to put a target on him, and people all over the world are going to want to kill him for this, and most of the world's men are now incel with nothing to loose.

It's not uncommon for politicians or celebrities to do this: they get a camera crew, reporters, etc. and record in the same day stuff that will be slowly released over several weeks, sometimes even over a year like interviews, holiday messages, etc.;
Putin probably also recorded in advance speeches in case of victory, armistice, defeat, condolence messages, etc.
