Could radix implant and infra orbital implants mimic the upper maxillary projection from Lefort 2

My radix area(1st pic) is quite set back comparatively to the 3rd pic.

I know that lefort 2 would move that area forward but that’s a pipe dream.

Would a radix implant(like in pic 2) , allow for such a drastic change(going form pic 1 to 3). Or is such a drastic change only with Lefort 2.

Because the radix implant chnage from pic 2 is quite minuscule

Hmm interesting I guess it’s just the angle of the photo that I chose that made it look more prominent, compared to the not you chose.

99% of people here have bdd, don't act surprised when they are deluded to think that if their ratio is 0.0000001 mm of the ideal ratio, they'd compare them selves to alien tier deformity level.

Another question I have is. If you do infraorbital implants, would it make the radix area look more set back.

Since the area around the radix is now more forward, making it look set back in comparison.

Or is the recession in the radix area more to do with the distance to the pupil, which obviously wouldn’t change with infraorbitals.

The 3 landmarks you use are pupil glabella and nasion. Radix is a meme for most people and you shouldn't worry about it. Either you're Asian with a completely recessed nasal bone let alone the radix or you have a lack of bone growth at your radix compared to your rhinion resulting in a dorsal hump of sorts (these 2 examples are for augmentation rhinoplasty to build the radix up - some people have high radix and that requires a different approach)

Unsaddled Infras won't matter it's for midface augmentation

I'll answer honestly, infraorbital implant wouldn't actually make a big change to the undereyes themselves if you don't have them thyroid level of bulginess, will they add a little bit of support?, yes, are they worth it?, depending on the case.

But let's say you got big infraorbital implant, you would have to look out for more than the radix, it will make your paranasal area look bad, it would give you a big facial depth in that area while your paranasal, again, would look flat, it will give you a weird smile and it wouldn't change much for the radix, it's all about soft tissue (many whom got implants said that they needed fat grafts more than the inplant itself).

But the big change happens at the paranasal.

It’s hard to accurately measure nasion projection, the slightest head tilt will throw off your measurement. You can see in the third pic his head is angled toward the camera.

The best way is to measure it off a CT scan.

My nasion is 9mm from the corneal plane which is not great. Ideal is 10-12mm.
