Could ramus length be the reason why my face is asymmetrical? (pic included)

My entire face is assymetrical diagonally upwards to the left. My lip, nose, and chin are clearly asymmetrical to the left in this pic. (To the left in real life, to the right in the picture because mirror effect or whatever)

Could it be because my left ramus is shorter? Could chewing jawliner only on my left side help? Could sleeping in a certain position help?
