It seems a bit big and most importantly quite swollen, let's say...

I would start with maybe reducing the size of the nose a bit horizontally and make it more defined

Of course make sure to go to great surgeon, preferably in italy or other us and europe countries, easily botchable your nose if they take too much cartilage off

Then you can take lip lift to reduce philtrum, but as you have quite big lips, i do not recommend, i would honestly being ypu take more tip down in rhino or grow beard to hide philtrum
