Could SARMs speed up the results of a genioplasty

Hey guys, currently I am 5 days post OP of my sliding genioplasty in which I look like a fucking chipmunk rn.
Since I have leftover ac262 (sarm) pills from my last cycle, I was wondering if sarms could speed up to enhance the results of my genioplasty.
I am theorizing this might be the case because sarms are known to:
- Increase protein synthesis
- improve nitrogen retention
- Support bone density
- Potentially improve bone remodeling

Lmk what you guys think or if I should just stick to a nutrient dense diet.

No studies in support of the use of sarms after Post OP thought it makes sense on paper.

I would always ask the surgeon.

But for now stick to nutrient dense diet and goodluck
