Could someone give advice on how to fix my eye area?

I need to start back sleeping more consistently, and I will also hopefully get strabismus surgery/fix in the near future. The picture was taken w the back camera so it’s an exaggeration but atleast like this the flaws are more prominent so it’s easier to spot. Genuine advice is much appreciated. (more chopped eye is the right eye)
