You need bimax if you want to ascend. It will make your nose look smaller in proportion because both your jaws will be pushed forward affecting your ratios.

You have good cheekbone mass, after bimax your soft tissue will be more stretched out making them pop like crazy. You will have a better skull shape and a lean “chizzled” face which your desire.

Bimax is enough for you. Maybe a hair transplant in the future, but judging by face alone bimax is what you’re looking for.

You will also breath, chew and speak better. Because you have (slight) recession causing your airways to restrict, especially at night. You probably have sleep-apnea without knowing it.

Your best bet is to call a sleep clinic and do a sleep test. After that, go to a academic hospital and ask them you want a bimax. Remember, go to one where they do 3D planning, because that’s very important. Academic hospitals have that. You also have to get braces, because that’s almost always necessary before a bimax, so find a good ortho with good reviews.

You can also do the surgery abroad in a different country with a Blackpilled surgeon, but I don’t think that’s necessary.

Btw, you will look even better that your “frauded-jutted” pictures, because jutting goes only as far as the maxilla.
Your ascension will be enormous and you won’t have to ask for ratings here anymore. You will be a legit chadlite+ unfrauded. You have a good base to ascend.

U dont need bimax or u will end up dogmaxxed with the narrow upper third even more contrasting with the lower third width, destroying any harmony left, the upper third is not forward grown enough to support any bimax advancement that s it
