Could someone tell me how to fix my asymmetry?

Is my asymmetry really that obvious? I was told i am a lltn(if someone can tell me what that is and if its good thank you).And could somebody tell me if can fix it only with surgical intervention or maybe there is a chance to fix it with different methods or its purely genetics or bad habits since childhood
