He didn’t even use hgh it was clen and anavar and most of the effects were by the amount of clen he took which was pretty stupid.

Going above 8iu seems pretty useless for height growth especially and its said that after 8 units the results become diminishing, although bodybuilders go up to tens of ius for muscle growth if that’s what you’re seeking.

Acromegaly also exists and you don’t know what the results will be, meaning you could just make yourself look worse or ogre-like if you keep serum igf levels too high for an extended period of time.

I don’t see how a low dose could stunt growth but seeing that the average teen has like 2ius of gh naturally any dose lower than your natural production will practically stunt your growth. Also if you don’t use an aromatase inhibitor and dose it appropriately you could also stunt your growth.
