People say im good looking, and i want to look better.
My orthodontist said my maxilla is narrow, im thinking of getting something like an expander.
Other than that, what can i improve and what would you rate me?
I tried to take unfrauded pics
(My side profile is cooked, what can i do for it?)

narrow maxilla for sure, to see if you're recessed i would need a side profile taken on the frankfurt plane

make sure the top of the ear is parallel with the top of your eyeball when taking a side profile picture

you can probably try a palate expander at your age, but do not take my word on that

that's your best hope for a narrow maxilla. if that doesn't go well you'll have to go down the route of implants to create width
