If you have sleep apnea can’t you try and get insurance to cover it? How much are you willingly to pay for genio?
The process is way too difficult. I have to spend around 6 months or more on braces,, have to spend weeks healing, and need a caretaker during that time. Just to get a consult with them I have to get another referral from my doctor and feel out all the forms again, because it has been more than two years since I last did them. They are also not close-by. Looking at my jaw, I don't have any major problems or functional issues other than sleep apnea.

Genioplasty is relatively simple compared to jaw surgery. Good luck on your search man, it’s odd that American surgeons have refused you for a genioplasty.
I haven't consulted with anyone for it yet. Yaremchuk suggested chin implants, but I'd rather move the bone forward.
