First off lets get some things out of the way.
South and north america don't really count, they were mostly taken out by diseases. Africa doesn't count because they were very behind europe.
The europeans in southeast asia were only able to conqeur them by allying themselves with enemies of the kingdoms already there, despite being way more technologically advanced.
Central asia is pretty much empty, no one lives there nor cares about it.
East asia never really got colonized by the europeans, occupation happened in Japan, but that also happened in Germany as well. China only ever had port cities taken by the Europeans.
The british only took south asia because they could get the population to go with them revolting against the Mughals.
It took the British lying to the Arabs to conquer the middle east, and yet the influence was still very minimal, it was mainly more of an occupation than colonization. You notice that most of the colonizations the British did were stealing land as soon as another empire is declining.
There are many instances of ethnics colonizing other ethnics, on a larger scale than most of the european colonizations by themself, the arab conquest of the north africans, Japan conquering taiwan, korea, southeast asia, a lot of china, the Ottomans conqeuring most of the middle east.
The middle east invented most things, the wheel, fire, math, toothbrushes, numbers, all the basic things. The only reason europeans dominate today is because they got lucky with the industrial revolution, however their influence is fading, China is predicted to become richer than the USA by 2035, everything we buy is made in China.
The cradles of civilization were all non white, Mesopatamia, Egypt, Indus river, China, are all non white.
