Get it checked out ASAP. Depending on the crack type you might have permanently fucked your tooth and might need it removed. If it's full split it will get pulled. If its partially cracked crown sometimes a filling will do but you might require a root canal. If its a superficial crack that hasn't exposed any pulp you're very lucky. If your pulp is exposed you're open to infections and those can spread to your jaw bone and kill you.
