Crocodilians aren't dinosaurs. Yes they have a common ancestor being archosaurs but still not the same thing. Also birds are of a different class entirely aswell. A chicken for example didn't evolve from a T-rex but an ancestral group that lived with post Permian terapods contemporaneously 67 million years ago.
