I did volufiline for Joey eye lid and lips not sure if it’s cope but I brush them and put aquaphor on after, eat clean, I do trt, I started Accutane, mewing, hard chewing, more squinting, ice face, doing cardio lifting weights, got colored contacts fixed my skin color with more tanning, and I take a bunch of vitamins, pottasium maxxed and soon I’m doing ferusamide for debloat, I’m also on raloxifen for bone growth.

What do you hope to get from rhino?
Decreasing the width? Or making it more straight?
I can't really see how rhino will help you besides maybe decreasing nasal flaring.

Weak HTN facially imo ( smv boost through height halo tho)
Don't get me wrong you are good looking and have appeal especially with the contacts but negative canthal tilt and fWHR kinda descend you.
But you would probably still have a decent dating life with your current looks + your height + frame + leanness.

Thanks bro and yes I have nice frame 205 lean I do good in smv just need more advice to ascend im getting rhino and cantho with those will I ascend to high htn?

Maybe let's see how the outcome of the canthoplasty will look like but potentially yes. Not sure how much rhinoplasty will ascend you though don't really think your nose is a big failo, but if you want to go for it sure just make sure to choose a good surgeon that won't give you overly feminine nose
