Cream for faster eyelid pulling results

A couple of months ago i had a phimosis. I went to the urogolist to get it treated. He prescribed me a cream which would help me get rid of my phimosis.

It made my foreskin more elastic so it was easier to pull back.

Its name is advantan

So what if you use it for your eyelids so you make them more ellastic?
It propably works for that too right
