Mk is a good alternative. Infact I often say it's like creatine but a bit better and the next level past it, but not high enough to be roids. It will bring water weight to you like creatine, make you stronger due to this, and actually helps hair and makes it healthier. It will make good gains that's a bit better than without it

Mk677 , it's a growth hormone secratogue, you have probably heard about it on here if you been here awhile. It's lumped with "SARMs" but isnt technically a sarm. Look into it but make sure to research the sides and not from anecdotes but real sources.
