Just to give anecdotical evidence, in my case i can confirm creatine gives crazy face bloatiness. Every single time i have been taken creatine for some months i get hella bloated, then i stop and its crazy how i debloat. One time i stopped taking it on summer and even my friends couldnt believe how fast my face changed they thought i was on ozempic jfl. And btw the benefitd of taking it are not even that noticeble in gym so just get off that creatine bullshit.

Why would you take that, just eat raw meat which is even a better source of creatine and doesn't bloat you any

Why would the exact same compound, just inside meat, not have any bloating effects? The only reason it does not bloat you is because you are probably not getting the same amount of creatine from raw meat as you would from ingesting pure creatine monohydrate.

1.4 - 2.3 grams of creatine per pound of meat. To be optimistic let's say 2.3. To get 5 grams daily you would need 2.2 pounds (about 1 kg) of meat daily. I will only believe if you first tried to take creatine monohydrate daily for a while, got bloated. Then switched to raw meat and ate 1 kg daily consistently for a long period of time, experienced the same physical benefits without any bloating.
