Every time i see a "non cope" heightmaxxing method on tiktok or whatever they always have to do with some bullshit random supplement that supposedly helps you keep the height you "gain" in your sleep which reduces throughout the day. Often this includes keeping the disks in your spine more hydrated so that it prevents their compression? So would the intramuscular water gained with creatine at all help to hydrate these disks? not sure if thats a good way to phrase it, but keeping them hydrated would do what those other substances claim to do? IDK here tbh if there is any truth to this i assume it would be micro milimeters
