Creatine Monohydrate makes my face puffy but my eyebrows lower set

Anybody else experience this? I already have a fat face genetically but now my face is huge even though I'm losing weight, like I'm on dbol or some shit. My eyebrows look a lot lower set than usual though, they were already on the lower side but now my eyes legit look DOM as fuck. For me it's prob overall a looksmin though since facial leanness is more important, but if you're a high UEE cuck then creatine could be a looksmax for you.

It's the cheapest creatine monohydrate that I'm using, There's no way I'm imagining things after comparing pics before I went on it. My face looks bigger in general and unusally fleshy/fat, even if I slightly raise my eyebrows with my facial expression they're still more low set than before
