Now I usually buy flavourless creatine for no particular reason but this specific one I bought a month ago was at half price and was a bit cheaper than the brand I typically buy from, now first of all, shit tastes nasty, second of all, it doesn't fully dissolve and there's this nasty layer at the bottom and because of those reasons even though I bought it a month ago I have been drinking it on and off, it even looks like bleach , but anyways will not taking creatine for a month make me lose significant amount of gains? I haven't noticed iced much of a difference tbh maybe 1 or 2 cm I haven't measured properly

I'm already at a high enough bf% where I just don't give two fucks about bloat anymore

I think you will lose a very small amount of muscle but you will get it back after a few weeks of taking it again. Don't even bother trying to do a reloading phase just do 5g a day you'll catch back up

I just take mine in a protein shake. I'd avoid flavored there's probably some stupid harmful ingredient in it just like everything else
