Creatine. Which one is best and should i take it at all?

So i want to know more about it. I was taking creatine monohydrate for more than a month and i have read that it may cause bloating in face and hairloss. Since i think im prone to balding, should i continue taking it? What form creatine is best?
 
your body produces enough creatine itself. if you're not a high-performance athlete, you don't need more of it. you will just have water retention throughout your body, hair loss etc. creatine supplements r the biggest cope and bullshit EVER.

For me personally my lifts go up a small amount but it makes me look puffy around the face and stomach - haven’t noticed it make my muscles look any bigger.

So I only use it when I’m going monk mode and don’t care what I look like for 3 months, overall I would say no it’s not worth it.

Alr im cutting it out. Ive seen my muscles get bigger but its probably not cuz of creatine but just begginer gains.
