Is it worth for natty muscle buidling? Currently bulking and wondering if I should use some.

Bloats the face like crazy
damn, but in the studies it says there is very little water retention with creatine. and it is likely placebo effect no?
Yeah I used it for like 1 year before starting to norwood so I stopped. Apparently raises DHT by 50%
Did you get any facial bloat?

My experience with creatine was increased rate of hairloss.

creatine is pretty cheap so go for it

rubbing creatine in my gyno to reduce it as we speak

How long you been lifting?

It's legit and very cheap so you might as well go for it but if you're a newbie lifter that's gonna minimize its effects.
as far as I know about the balding it's one study that shows a dht increase and it's very short term and they were taking 25 gram doses of it daily which you would not be doing. So hard to draw any meaningful conclusions about it's effect on hairloss but maybe there's other studies.
You would be taking around 5 grams on your maintenance phase btw
I didn't notice any bloating myself.

Creatine and test is ideal if u want moonface

idk prob gives u a lil benefit, not nearly as many as keeping your diet high carb, low fat, high protein and having your training intact. i didn't use it and could outlift dudes that were taking all those supps.

Did you get any facial bloat?
I put on 4kg of water over a couple weeks when I start creatine including facial bloat, I had to stop it because it was messing with my weight loss motivation
However my bro also takes it and has 0 bloat on it or weight change so it depends on how your body responds to it.

I heard dht is raised around 160% but idk for sure can't remember
