Purely from an aesthetic perspective it’s the biggest looksmin ever stay the f away - however if you want a few extra reps at the gym then it’s good.

Been taking it for a month and after a week my weight shot up by a lb and noticed I could lift few more reps so I thought that was creatine and I looked in mirror and a handsome chiseled face was still looking back at me so I thought creatine was great, then a week later my weight shot up by 3lbs and noticed a puffy face staring back at me and then realised that’s the creatine.

I listened to the creatine worshippers who claimed it’s intracellular and it won’t make your face puffy etc etc but it’s absolute bs… I don’t care how many studies people give and how it’s ‘the most studied supplement ever’ unfortunately science is not everything as I’ve learnt many times during my life.

I’m gonna finish this 250g bag whilst walking around like a pufferfish then once it’s finished I will never buy creatine again.

Lean face > 2 extra reps.

Presumably the effects are reversed after stopping use?

It'll also increase your DHT which means shittier skin and hair loss. Just stick to fat burner pills that'll increase your energy or Monster Ultras.

Yeah like with anything your hormone levels should stabilize unless you severely fuck with them with gear. Creatine isn't a steroid remember lol

Yes, I stupidly went through this stage before of trusting creatine and for some reason I decided to go with it again and see what happens but yep same fukin result.

Personally for me it takes 2 weeks for creatine to work and around 1 week of stopping it for the weight to flush out of system.

I only microdose creatine 1g/day because the DHT is too much and causes hair loss

How's your diet? I don't take creatine but I'm considering to buy it, and ppl on T-Nation say you only get bloated if you're in a diet that's high in calories or sodium.

Im fixated on diet - low carbs, sodium with high water.

Shit. Did u do creatine loading (20g for 5-7 days)? That's also a cause of bloating. Regardless of your answer, I'll still take it because I don't really have much to lose at the moment, but nonetheless thank you for lowering my expectations

How much sodium per day?
I aim for 1.5g of salt max myself.
Thats about 0.6g sodium.
Only eat what i cook. Only packaged food i eat is an occasional cottage cheese or yoghurt.
I use salt envelopes of 1g each so i know for sure.
Also how much water?
I find it hard going over 2l per day without peeing too much. I sip it but even then, too much peeing.

from what i’ve seen dht actually raises collagen so idk why it would make your skin worse

i think it inhibits elastin so maybe it’s that

Probably, but I'm not sure. I've only really looked into how it worsens hair quality and quantity.

Currently bloatmaxxing as I don’t wanna be a stick insect for the summer, but when I’m going out I’d get around 2g salt so like 0.8g sodium.

I try and get around 3L - 4L, pee a lot yes but makes me look good.

Dht isn’t bad for skin
 
The people citing the studies are retards who can't read, the studies say creatine increase tbw and the icw/ecw ratio doesn't change, that means that you still get ecw retention and we know that any extra ecw tends to go in the extremeties further away from your kidneys so your face and feet

yeah bro it increases dht by 1000% , be careful not to lose your hair bro. Dont take it you will have shitty skin by all that dht. Creatine is basically an anabolic steroid so be careful !
