I think these people percieve risk differently. I know some of them personaly that are in prison now. Its not that he does not care but to him robbing a store feels as risky as for me to approach a woman.

I had a good friend that was a phycopath and we went to buy drugs together, and me being an autistic nerd would take his pulse in certian situations, like after we pass really close to cops or smth. His pulse does not change and my heart is racing, its crazy.
