It used to be. Now only certain crimes are easy to get away with. I can't imagine just how easy it'd be to rob someone (so long you were quicker than them) before CCTV cameras, or bikes were a thing.

You'd just run up to an old rich lady, take her shit and run away and you'd be fine. No one could track you either so long you cover your face.

Now, they can use CCTV cameras to figure out the moment you stepped out of your house 30 minutes away. Even the UnitedHealthcare dude didn't get away and he seemed like a professional.

A simple Deauther or a Wifi Jammer if its 5G will take down the camera for the duration of the crime
