Yes. Her art does indeed look like shit. But so does 99% of modern, "popular" art (popular as in only 0.001% of snobs with too much money on their hands who pretend to care in order to boost their social status amongst other pretentious snobs).
Who cares about what a few neckbearded art snobs consider good art anyway? The only kind of art that actually matters to the population is what ends up getting featured in media like movies, video games, books, etc.
The video has no weight because pretty much all of modern art is utter garbage anyway, and almost no one in the world even cares in the first place.
And to adress the race aspect: I have founds tons of highly talented black artists on Instagram.
