Do keep in mind I am open to any and all suggestions.

Supplementing carotenoids for better skin colouring
Cleanse, moisturise BID and retinol over the night.
Clearing out sinuses in morning
Increase cardiovascular fitness by way of various forms of aerobic activity. Kickboxing and running..
Copious amounts of water
Lifting 6 times a week and related supplements e.g ashwagandha, tongkat ali.
Vitamine D 12000 IU daily.
Low carb, high potassium/sodium ratio diet
Consuming 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight
Nofap cycles of one week to maximise hormonal profile on the weekends.
Minoxidil 5% as I intend to grow out a slight stubble.
Lateral neck curls 4x20 every day
Teeth whitening semiannually.
Limit exposure to blue light two hours prior to sleep
I also consume 2 entire raw onions, because my kickboxing trainer made an offhand remark about it once.

I drink about 3.5 liters of water a day + coffee meaning a total fluid intake of 3.8ish give or take.

Lateral neck curls is good but add weight.
 
Lifting 6 times a week is mad. I tried fapping once a week. After some time, I was literally counting days to bust a nut. It was bad feeling. Now I fap whenever I feel like and I'm fine.

I am a student, so I have quite a bit of free time. I get by lifting 6 times a week very easily. As for nofap, I just feel a lot better than before (fapping upwards of 3-4 times a day).

What day of the week do you fap?
 
4 liters of water, probab even more if you exercise and is 6 4
