Rhino is a relatively cheap, simple and un-invasive surgery that’s not out of the realm of possibility for an average person to get. Maybe it’s better to cope instead of telling someone that they need a fucking orbital box osteotomy, but when someone would objectively benefit from a rhinoplasty theres no need to lie and cope so hard. Brutal.
