I haven’t cried in years but today for the first time tears were dripping down my face, and jfl I actually understand what Andrew Tate meant in that one clip where he was ridiculed.

It wasn’t so much crying as it was just a build up of emotions and anger, and my body’s response being tears, I don’t look at it the same as crying.

I do wish I can let it out all out in a cry though, but I just can’t.

Yes exactly, I allowed myself to cry too but I just couldn’t. It ignited a similar relief to crying though but still a lot of anger.
