Im fucking addicted to cereal bars, really helps during training and shit to have on the go but i aint finna buy like 20 boxes of em so i made my own.
Recipe:
. Oats
.Protein powder
.honey
.peanut butter
.maple syrup(optional)
.cocoa powder
.vanilla essence
.coffe powder (optional)
Basically throw everything into a bowl and mix it till it becomes into a doughy kind of consistency, if its too grainy add more honey and peanut butter. Spread out the dough on a plate or sum and maybe even drizzle some chocolate on top of you want. Then freeze it for ideally 10-30 mins, i froze mine overnight and although i had to let it sit for a few mins, they still good to eat.
This is perfect for having on the go or just as a light snack
