bro i use to have good hair, 3a soft curls and long but now i feel like this hair just gave up one me same products but now its way more course feels like plastic and is alwasy frizzy even though i always used cold water for cleaning conditioner same things i did, need some help on fixing ts also if there is a way to relax it abit?

it’s most likely product buildup just use a clarifying shampoo once a week
