ill be honest i dont have the highest IQ so idk what ANY of yall are talking about with all this hardmaxxing shit
trying to softmaxx
any advice?

gym 5-6x a week
+2 sessions of 2 individual martial arts a week
eating chicken and rice for lunch but throughout the day i just eat whatever
tryna lose weight:
80kg,15yo, ~5'7

based schedule honestly. what softmaxxes do you wanna do, it depends on your problems with skin etc. fs get a decent skin routine, facial cleanser, eltaMD uva+uvb sunscreen, tinted (or equivalent). then use effaclar or similar products for hydration

Your basically giving your body 0 time to rest
 
on tuesdays i dont do anything unless i have gym
