These pictures were all taken this year, my looks "journey" started 2 years ago, and having good looks currently has changed my life drastically. But I know I have so much more progress to make.
I'm currently on:
200mg test, GHK-Cu, Isotretinoin, retatrutide, and all the basic supplements and pharmaceuticals like Tadalifil, low dose var etc
I've spent a lot of money and I will continue to for a blast soon

MISC: Aromasin, accutane, GHK-Cu, Mots-c, Retatrutide, TUDCA, NAC, 300mg melatonin, Inj glutathione, Telmisartan, Hydroclorothyazide, propranolol, metformin, EPA, DHA, Fish oil, Ezetimibe, Eplerenone, Amiloride, D3, K2, Potassium, Adderall(I'm probably missing some stuff off the top of my head)
Skin: Anua double cleanser, Mixsoon toner, medicube moisturizer, skin1004 sunscreen(Mostly buncha cope because I'm on 40mg accutane rn day 10)
Gym: FBEOD. 1 set flat bench, 2 sets chest fly, 2 sets lat pull down, 1 set kelso shrugs, 2 sets lateral raise, 1 set rear delt flys, 2 sets preacher curl, 1 set supinations, 1 set forearm curls, 2 sets tricep extension cuffed, 2 sets spinal flexion for abs.
LEGS: 2 sets leg extension, 2 sets hamstring curl, 1 set leg press, 1 set RDL, 2 sets calve raises on leg press.
4-6 1 RIR blah blah...

5,10. Growth plates open shown on bone scan
I will be getting 500$ full panel bloodwork for everything to keep my health completely optimized as well as many basic health things. I will be taking 70 pills a day, and 4-5 injections a day. I also might do another round of PDO threads on myself

not enough volume in the gym
It's a proper amount to how intense I train, I go heavy and feel blown out after every set. This split is to what I recover from and it's done EOD

if you want actual muscle growth it won't work well

I'm still kinda recessed but I've made a lot of progress from being on testosterone since 16 along with bonesmashing, posture ofc and hard gum. Also anavar likely helped

what does anavar do as a looksmax bro i dont understand
It keeps your water retention very low, and it also has effects on bone it can help grow bone if done correctly

Mirin tho I'm a little confused is the last pic on this post ur after and all the others are before?

also why do u take accutane 40 mg? You dont even have acne?

I want a smaller nose and I want the skin of a model with 0 acne for life, after my accutane I will lower to a microdose maybe perma I want my sebaceous glands just gone

anavars a oral steroid, It would be best used at 50mg in a bone growth stack like added in something such as HGH or osteoporosis drugs. You can do 3

In the time frame I did a small cycle, lost 40 pounds, I've bonesmashed consistently since the beginning of last year(However I am not bonesmash frauded in any of the pics I put) I used pharmaceuticals(Diuretics, Tretinoin, winstrol, Testosterone) I've been on testosterone since the end of last year and I know it helped my ramus. I currently take 45 pills a day for looks+health maximizing. Cardio daily, Science based lifting the whole time I put on a lot of muscle this year, I used DNP, Sema, Tirz, reta, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, 50mg anavar, It's a lot of little things that make a big difference, I can go into everything that I do on a daily basis but it would just have to be a long thread on its own explaining everything

damn mirin the dedication. and yeah that would be great if you could make a longer thread explaining all the softmaxxes uve done to ascend (hair, etc) and are currently doing. do tag me in that if you do :)
