got all my measurements today. Pretty dog shit tbh

5’11.5 base height (morning)

6’2.5” max height (lifts+shoes)

6’3” fraud height

165 body weight

17” bidelt (width)

30” waist (circumference)

13” waist (width)

34” hips (circumference)

14” hips (width)

14” neck (circumference)

5” neck (width)

2.5” upper third (hairline-top of eyebrows)

2.5” middle thirds (mid eyebrow-base of nose)

1” upper lower third (base of nose-mid lip)

1.5” lower lower third (mid lip-end of chin)

4.5” outer-outer eye width

1.5” eye width

1.5” mid eye width

6 degree positive canthal tilt

1.25” base nose width

7” wrist (circumference)

5.5” erect girth

6” erect length (frontal)

7” erect length (side)

6.75” functional length

4.5” flaccid length

All 100% accurate, bidelt width is pretty disappointing but my waist was better than I thought which evens it out.

I always thought I had too shoulders but just a shit waist and shit hips but it turns out I have shit shoulders, a good waist, and hips aren’t even that bad (4” circumference above waist)

My facial thirds are also like perfect, obviously having a 2.5” measurement for each one makes it sound like I just rounded but it was right on the 2.5” mark for each. Everyone says I have a small lower third but it seems right to me.

Looks like my biggest fallios are UEE, wide hips, narrow bi delt, and my jaw which may be due to not being super lean right now.


Anyways thanks for listening maybe I should look into a cheek lipo, thyroid raising procedure, upper eye implants, dick enlargement, and adding muscle mass onto my shoulders so they appear wider (even tho bi delt is a bone measurement and I already prioritize shoulders jfl)

Most of them are above average
Yea most of my facial measurements are good, but less than a mm can make a massive difference which is why even if I’m numerically decently attractive.. my appeal is still low


I also have high fat in my cheeks and jaw (my jaw is horrible, which has no measurements)

Made a thread abt it this morning, it was based on a measurement from a doctor a month ago.

Anyways it turns out that was wrong as when I was testing lifts heights this morning it said around 5’11.5… pretty pissed as I was sure I was 6’0.5

I measured the smallest part that’s what ur supposed to do right? It wasn’t tight where it was squeezing, I think I measured right.

Are you like saying it should be smaller since I’m only 165 or bigger idrk which one you mean

At 165 you should be at least 12% bf

Correct, I have too much fat, no muscle 👍

Only 3 years worth of lifting why would I expect to have some sort of noticeable muscle mass by now

I am going to dial in my diet this year and eat cleaner so I should see decent results. I literally look like I’ve never lifted a day in my life and it’s depressing as fuck

I’m going to focus less on my calories like I usually do and more on eating good clean food, as much non processed meat/eggs as I can

And see what vitamins I need to supplement

Because my waist is 30” even at my high body fat.

Ideally you want 27” bidelt and 30” waist for a near 2:1 ratio. So my waist is already near perfect even at high bf (huge flex btw) but my hips and shoulders which are bad ruin it


I literally measured 3 times bc I couldn’t belive it was that dog shit
