Just get a measuring tape and see how big your wingspan is relative to your height. Yeah a large ape implies a larger frame/longer arms. A fortunate gift for a manlet like me

I think for most people their wingspan is more than their height. Only exception is maybe asians. They seem to have long torso and short arms and legs

Average ape index is 0-2. It seems like you have a 4+ unless you’re tall af and that’s a pretty uncommon trait (think 90-95 percentile)

I mean in a bodybuilder context it’s good because you don’t need much circumference to have visually large arms. But for regular men longer arms makes you look more proportional, idk why it just the way it is.
