Current supplement rotation

This is my current supplement rotation. I'm 17.5 y and I'm about 174cm and 60kg .

Parents height: 161cm and 180cm

I currently take:

-Vitamin D3 K2 Omega 3 5000 I.E. every 5th day

-probiotics 20 Billion 1x Daily

-beta carotene 1x daily

-dandelion root extract 1000mg 1-2x daily

-caffein 200mg 1x daily

Can someone please tell me what I should hop on to grow in height?

u should write all dosages and for height u could take mk677 or cjc but ur 17 so idk how effective theyll be

its really weird how height works , you should be atleast 180 at your age
my mom is 156 cm and dad is 166 cm and i am 178 cm ,
you def will have a growth spurt or you may be a late bloomer just focus on the diet

My dad had a growth spurt at mid to late 17y, I hope this will happen to me too. Thanks for the awnser

me too i was 161 cm when i was 17 , you will def have one just eat as much healthy possible so your body store it for the growth spurt

And what is this? What is the purpose of this stack? Only D3 with k2 is somewhat not a cope, the rest is nothing
