I've now basically got the money to get the ball rolling. Travel from UK to Turkey

I'm thinking hair transplant with the guys who done this surgery:

Even though it looks ridiculous, that's down to the client asking for a crazy hairline.

However, I like that they gave the client what he asked for - most places seem way too conservative and ignore your requests
Also very impressive density.

I will possibly also get eyebrow transplant and beard transplant, although I might not be able to afford it as I gather despite the fact taht eyebrows would only need a tiny number of grafts, it's still very expensive.


I've looked at a few rhino surgeons includinng Samalan Tas (many say he's one of the best) but i'm currently consulting with a different surgeon and will likely go with him:

My issue is the logistics of it all etc.

I want to get it all done at the same time. Hoping it's possible, otherwise i'll need multiple trips (more expense)
Hoping I get arrange it so that I get picked up by hair transplant people, get a transplant, back to hotel, then get picked up by rhino people, get rhino, recover in the hotel tehy arrange, and then get them to drop me off.
Hopefully healed enough to the point that it's not obvious to family I had any surgery lol

If that all goes smoothly, i'll be looking at something for my lower third after. Likely some sort of genioplasty for height and width mainly

I want to be able to brag on here like the resident slayers and bang teen girls from insta and snapchat etc

I gather it's fine to travel to Turkey from the UK at the moment (based on some plastic surgery groups i'm in on facebook and seeing what people are up too)
But I would rather wait until it's completely over tbh. We'll see. Itching to get it all done sooner rather than later, too.
Especially since i'm as old as dirt and wanna be banging younger girls

Yeah, i'd be rolling the dice slightly with them, but I still like how they seem to dense pack and do what you ask for

Hmmm...just read some really bad reviews on that nose surgeon whose examples I posted in the OP who I was looking to go with.
So likely dropping him and looking at other surgeons now!
Sullyman Tas is still a possibility I think - but likely a massive waiting list

You heard good thinks about Marienetti when it comes to rhino?
I'll check him out.
They offer a service where they pick you up and put you up in hotel and all that jazz that the turkey dudes offer?

Hair system - I looked into them and I just don't think they're legit. Even the best ones are detectable up super close and not sure I could ever relax lol

I wear a hair system, its perfect and undetectable. couldnt recomend it enough tbh. if you want thick dense model hair for a side part of curtains then definately a hair system.

Dr Marienetti is an excellent maxfac surgeon. He seems to of stepped away from that and seems to only do rhinos and other face surgeries and lets Dr Ramieri cover the maxfac work.

As a surgeon he is great but its for you to research if you see him as a good rhino surgeon. i am sure he has an instagram with a lot of before and afters.

do you know about Marienetti's prices for rhino? And whether he speaks English?
I like that he's also a maxfac as he could potentiallyy kill 2 birds with one stone for me!

Yeah, hairsystems. I own one but have never wore it out.
