im currently 14m i wanna obviously look a bit better since puberty is probably the most crucial time for my entire body, I just want some nice tips so I can make sure I am not deepfried when im 17-19, and changing will be way harder, anything will be appreciated!

eat in a caloric surplus with plenty of protein, dont be afraid of putting on a little bodyfat temporarily, you can always lean down later

sleep 8+ hours

go to the gym or do some kind of sport

yeah its good that youre training

also eat alot of animal based products like dairy and meat, it is more nutrient dense than plants and stuff.

optionally supplement with creatine, vitamin D3 if you dont get enough sunlight, magnesium and zinc, ashwagandha if you are stressed or have problems sleeping Omega 3 if you dont eat alot of fatty fish or olive oil

i think we have d3 at home, i cant really get my hands on any supplements nor food, since my sister is half vegetarian, my parents eat at least like 2x vegetarian in 1 week, so i might lack in magnesium and zinc, is there any other way to get that

supplement if you dont get enough sunlight, you probably dont need it in summer right? but in winter its good to take it if you dont get enough sunlight

just eat alot of meat when you can, and drink alot of milk on the days where you eat vegetarian food because milk is very nutrient dense

you probably dont need to worry about magnesium and zinc its just optional
