hmmm alr, btw, iv'e like only done bench like 4 times (just joking around when benching) i'm at like 135 LBS rn but my forms shit
 
you can easily add 20-30lbs to ur max by just fixing form and training for 1rms

if u want that physqiue focus on machines and a good diet / split

ong bench does not matter i hit 315 and realized that shit is irrelevant and nobody cares

but if u want to do it for powerlifting goals or ego then go ahead
i recommend benching frequently with low volume

alr, btw I didn't actually start going to the gym yet, just at home with some dumbbells for like 7 months, (gained like 15 pounds n like no fat lol) what should I do? (also, my biceps are like 13.5-14 inches rn tryna get to 16 or 15

sleep well ( 8hr is minimum )
train hard with good volume ( dont overdo it and listen to tnf's advice or someone else who knows what they r doing )

and wait time
you will get to 16inch biceps eventually

only proves hes got good genetics. Hes got more muscle mass than clav while clav is on gear. Your expectations have been fucked by tiktok. Most people will never see that amount of muscle mass no matter how much they train.
