He would've run copious amounts of AAS incl. 19-nors.
He runs other compounds that I'm unfamiliar with.
He probably did other shit that I'm unfamiliar with.
I'm not saying that using testosterone won't impact how your face develops, but your standard dose of AAS or growth factors, standalone, for something like one cycle especially, won't change your face how you're hoping.

It doesn't matter if you hit puberty late, craniofacial development occurs largely before you even hit double digits.
Maybe they would, but the difference would be so minimal that it really would not yield any non-negligible change anyway.
I'm sure you might notice some facial masculinisation over a year, but it's hard to be able to determine whether you can associate the changes you've experienced with just growing up, or specifically AAS.
Don't have high hopes, but it's not like facial masculinisation is the only reason for using AAS anyway.

Mandible is 74-85% of its adult size at age 5.

The orbits (comprised of seven bones including the zygoma) near complete growth between ages 5 and 8 (no specific percentage given).
Just because a bone is close to full development at the ages mentioned, does not mean it is not largely developed by much younger.
And remember, OP is probably 14+, meaning that you can consider growth from ages 5-14 as finalised, and only the minimal growth from 14 and beyond, able to be influenced by AAS.
