I already know that, i dont have to watch a video to know it. Ive been working out/into fitness for about 5 years now. No matter how much i lifted i could never outgrow my skinny frame. So i would always have a skinny, muscular build even at my peak. I also stopped doing weights in general because weight training increases testosterone, which then would increase DHT byproduct. I have high androgenic sensitivity to dht in my hair follicles so i know that if i kept lifting all i would be doing is increasing the rate at which i bald . I stopped lifting about 4 months back now, and now im back to being skinny af, so now im trying to just go with a skinny lanklet pretty boy look (i know im not pretty im trying to save up for surgeries in a few years). But now i also have to try to maintain my hair that i have, plus save up for HTs later down the road as well.
